High-Frequency Switching Power Supply Module

Product Introduction:
The AC-to-DC high-frequency switching power supply is a type of switching power supply. Its core function is to convert alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC). Its working principle is to convert AC into high-voltage DC through high-voltage rectification and filtering, and then regulate it through high-frequency switching technology (PWM control) and a DC/DC converter to output a stable DC voltage.
Product Features:
Uses full-range soft-switching technology, delivering high efficiency, low no-load power consumption, and compact size.
The AC input is equipped with a built-in safety-compliant fuse.
The DC output has a built-in diode, enabling hot swapping without additional measures. For similar products without a built-in diode, users must add diodes and heat sinks to the DC panel, making wiring more complicated.
The three-phase input module adopts a three-phase passive power factor correction circuit. It requires no neutral wire at the input, and the power factor can reach 0.94.
Isolated independent current sharing is adopted, with parallel current-sharing deviation below +/-3%, ensuring good parallel operation of more than twenty modules. The module has an RS-485 interface for convenient communication with automation systems.
Output overvoltage protection: a built-in overvoltage protection circuit automatically locks the module when overvoltage occurs. The module fault indicator lights up, and the faulty module exits operation automatically without affecting normal operation of the entire system.
Output current-limiting protection: the maximum output current of each module is limited to 105% of the rated output current. In overload conditions, the module automatically reduces the output voltage to protect the module and batteries.
Short-circuit protection: foldback droop current limiting is adopted. When an output short circuit occurs, the module instantly pulls the output voltage down to zero and limits the short-circuit current to below 15% of the rated output current. The module can operate in a short-circuit state for a long time without damage and will automatically resume operation after the fault is removed. Module parallel protection: a parallel protection circuit is built into the module; when a fault occurs, the module automatically exits the system without affecting normal operation of other modules.
Over-temperature protection: when the module detects that the heat-sink temperature exceeds 85 deg C, it automatically shuts down for protection and restarts automatically after the temperature decreases.
The communication power module for power applications is suitable for AC or DC 220 V input modes (JW4830W/L is only suitable for DC 110 V input).
The communication power module for power applications provides fault contact output: when output overvoltage, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults occur, low resistance is output between the fault contacts.
